How do I know which service is right for us?
You do not need to figure that out before reaching out. Share where you are in the planning process, what has already been handled, and where you feel you need support. Jeanette can help you determine which level of service makes the most sense.
When should we book a planner?
For full-service planning, earlier is always helpful because Jeanette can guide the larger decisions from the beginning. Partial planning and wedding management can begin later, depending on your date, venue, and how much planning you have already completed.
What is the difference between partial planning and wedding management?
Partial planning is designed for couples who still have meaningful planning decisions left to make and want help completing them. Wedding management is best for couples who have largely planned the wedding themselves and need Jeanette to step in during the final stretch to organize logistics, communicate with vendors, and manage the wedding day.
Will Jeanette work with vendors we have already hired?
Absolutely. Jeanette is happy to join an existing vendor team and create a clear, collaborative plan so everyone understands the details and expectations for the day.
Is design included with planning?
Full-service planning includes design guidance and support in shaping the overall experience and visual direction. The amount of design involvement with partial planning will depend on what has already been established and what support is still needed.
Do you offer custom planning support?
If your needs do not fit neatly into one of the standard services, reach out. Jeanette can learn more about where you are in the process and determine whether a customized scope makes sense.

Using this collaborative approach - our team is able to clearly communicate the vision behind every detail to ensure each of your vendors is aesthetically aligned.
The focus of this service is integrating custom design features, budget management, full assistance until the big day, and day-of coordination.
PARTIAL PLANNING
This service is for the couple who have started planning, but realize the overwhelm is just “too much.”
Partial Planning ensures an easy planning process. In order to do this we recommend designs and vendors, attend meetings & final walk-throughs, which allows for a flawless transition as we take over the to-do’s.
Need further creative assistance for execution of an idea - let’s collaborate and create those fun moments that your heart desires.
MONTH OF COORDINATION
This service is for the couple who would prefer to manage everything throughout their planning journey, but wants assistance on the big day.
Our package finalizes all plans and includes a detailed timeline for your day. This timeline is a crucial bit of information for all vendors - arrival times, details, locations, etc.
You will be able to confidently hand things over to a trusted professional weeks before the wedding allowing yourselves to be fully present in the days (and hours) leading up to “I do!”

We offer 3 different packages - Full Planning, Partial Planning, Month-of Event/Wedding Coordination!

In general, about a month or so in to your engagement.
When interviewing a planner or coordinator, think about how much planning you’ll need assistance with.
This process is very personal, so make sure you feel completely comfortable.

During a consultation, we go over more basic ideas and details of your wedding day. We discuss any plans made thus far (or any vendors already booked) - venue, date, style/vibe you’re wanting, my role on your day, my different packages, etc.
Wedding consultations last anywhere from 30-45 minutes.

I require 50% at booking/signing which is non-refundable; the remaining 50% is due 1 month out.
I accept many forms of payment, card, check or Venmo.

Once booked, we will discuss within your package how many meetings we will have. This also depends on how far out your wedding/event date is, which vendors are still needed, etc.
The breakdown:
Full Planning: Monthly Meetings
Partial Planning: 2 Quarterly Meetings
Month-Of Coordination: 2 Meetings leading up to wedding day
Month prior to wedding: weekly check-in's/additional meetings, if necessary

Yes, I do attend vendor meetings! With Full Planning services I attend venue/site tours, tastings, etc.
With reasonable notification, I'll attend additional vendor meetings.
I also attend final meetings/walkthroughs as well.
